Imperial Terrace
One of the oldest hotels and terraces at the Adriatic sea.
Hotel Imperial was the second hotel built in Opatija and it was one of the first hotels at the Adriatic. Opened at the end of 1885 and completely renovated in 2018, the hotel has antique furnishing, a Viennese styled cafe and is situated at an exceptional location right in the town center. Imperial Terrace is the perfect place to feel the vibrant atmosphere of the town center. It's nestled right in between Austrian villas, giving you a chance to feel the town's old class and luxury, from the times James Joyce and king Franz Joseph I of Austria walked this very same pavement you'll be dancing on.
